We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Exhibition Operations Manager for large scale trade exhibition organized at Pragati Maidan to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational workflows, on-site management, vendor coordination and logistics to ensure flawless event delivery. Role & responsibilities On-Site Management Lead setup, dismantling, and troubleshooting during live events. Plan and manage truck movement schedules to ensure smooth logistics during exhibitor setup and teardown. Ensure smooth exhibitor onboarding and support throughout the event lifecycle. Manage and guide operations team outsourced staff. Event Planning & Execution Develop and manage comprehensive operational plans for exhibitions and related events under the supervision of management and concerned project head & managers. Supervise timelines, floor plans, exhibition layouts, and technical specifications. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with contractors, venue partners, fabricators, freight/logistics providers, AV, and other vendors. Exhibitor Coordination & Follow-Up Serve as the point of contact for exhibitors on all operational matters. Ensure timely communication of guidelines, deadlines and support requirements. Follow up with exhibitors for timely submission of forms, stall requirements, branding materials, and compliance documentation. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in managing B2B exhibitions and conferences. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel and work extended hours during event periods. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and floor planning software is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities.

Role & responsibilities Collate accurate information of companies like key personnel, addresses, direct contact details (mobile email), qualitative information related to company size (number of employees, turnover, production, factory size etc). Data entry in CRM (Zoho). Understand and analyse the relevance of data before entering into the CRM. Communication to cross verify information. Maintain the Accuracy of the data. Understanding the business and industry verticals to get an idea about which function, and titles will have required skills.
