Key Responsibilities: Create first patterns based on designer sketches, technical drawings, or specifications. Develop both manual (paper) and digital patterns using tools like Gerber , Lectra , TUKAcad , or CLO 3D . Adjust patterns based on fit sessions, designer feedback, and sample evaluations. Ensure pattern accuracy in terms of measurement, balance, and grading. Conduct sample fittings and collaborate with technical designers and sample makers. Maintain pattern library and documentation for different styles and sizes.
