We offer high-quality academic tutoring and professional training in music and dance for students across all age groups. We’re looking for passionate and skilled teachers to join our team and help students excel both academically and creatively.

Available Positions & Pay Scale

1. Tuition Teachers

• Grades KG – 5th
• Pay Scale: ₹3,000 per hour per month
• Subjects: All subjects (English, Math, Science, EVS, etc.)

• Grades 6th – 9th
• Pay Scale: ₹5,000 per hour per month
• Subjects: Core subjects (Math, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.)

2. Music Teachers

• Specializations: Vocal & Instrumental (Keyboard, Guitar, flute, etc.)
• Pay Scale: ₹5,000 per hour per month

3. Dance Teachers

• Contemporary / Free Style / Hip Hop
• Pay Scale: ₹5,000 per hour per month
• Classical (Bharatanatyam / Kathak / Odissi, etc.)
• Pay Scale: ₹5,000 per hour per month

Job Type

• Part-time / Hourly Basis
• Flexible schedule based on batch timings

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and structured classes for assigned grades or art forms.
• Prepare lesson plans and maintain student progress records.
• Motivate and mentor students to achieve learning outcomes.
• Participate in academy activities, performances, and student showcases.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in the subject or art form.
• Presently teaching/training experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about education, creativity, and student growth.
• Ability to engage and motivate students across age groups.
