Role & responsibilities Role Synopsis The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company's sales objectives across South India. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the Tubes Business Unit. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Identify new market opportunities and potential customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Success Metrics: Revenue and Contribution margin growth Market expansion and innovation initiatives Customer satisfaction and brand reputation Essential experience & Job Requirements Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies Desirable Criteria Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and address challenges in the sales process. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong time management skills. Proficient in using sales and CRM software. Preferred candidate profile - Should have very good experience in Sales of Tubes products - Strong product knowledge - Very well verse with south India market for Tubes products. - Should have good client base connects in Automobile industry. - Would be able to increase Revenue numbers
