Job Description Title - Sales Training Manager Location - Hyderabad / Bangalore/ Chennai Role & Responsibilities: Manage and effectively deliver Regional Train-the-trainers/content dev/training coverage. Design and roll-out region-specific content by understanding regional training requirements by being in regular touch with Sales Head and respective unit heads. Coordinates with sales managers and internal teams to structure training plans of the region to meet business needs. Plan and schedule training calendar for the region and share with HO on a monthly basis. Coordinates with sales managers to structure training plans to meet business needs. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning (LMS) Responsible for delivery of regional specific interventions for onboarding new and existing staff (ASE and above) Conduct Train-the-trainer in the regions for existing and new sales trainings i.e. Prarambh/Range Selling/District Buddy/GREAT5/ 8 Steps of Call etc. Ensure delivery of trainings through Sales trainers as per defined learning journeys Give inputs from market to management for development of relevant content. Induct and Co-lead Sales Trainers with direction and understanding of tasks to be done. Update training records to Central MIS for the region Co-lead on the job trainers with direction and understanding of tasks to be done. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning. Maintain updated records of training MIS for the region. This profile also includes travel & market visits Sales trainer Qualification and Skills: Must have experience in sales, understanding of distribution channel, modern and traditional trade and GTM Experienced professional as a sales trainer and soft skills trainer Advanced customer service and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to design effective training programs Excellent sales coaching skills Education qualification: Bachelors degree or Post graduation Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in training preferable in sales or product training Train-the-trainer certification Must Haves Should be proficient in at least 1 South Indian regional language - Tamil preferred

Key Skills and Knowledge: Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines of deliverable. Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure. Strong attention to detail Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships.
