Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Timesheet Administrator to manage and monitor employee time tracking, assist with billing coordination, and support operational workflows. Duties: Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to rebuild our time tracking solution from TSheets to QuickBooks Online. Deliver against set product roadmap for employer time tracking in QBO. Translate complex time tracking requirements (customer features, tech, and compliance) into clear product capabilities.
