Your mission is to streamline workflows, SOPs, training, and automation to boost team efficiency and consistency. Key Focus Areas: • Own and optimize ClickUp setup • Build SOPs, workflows, and training systems • Integrate AI for support and knowledge management • Automate processes and centralize documentation • Train staff and support leadership with systems projects Ideal Candidate: A systems thinker with ClickUp expertise, AI tool knowledge, and strong documentation, project management, and communication skills. Milestones: • 30 Days: Audit systems, complete 5 SOPs • 60 Days: Launch training hub, automate 2 workflows, AI FAQ live • 90 Days: Finalize leasing/maintenance systems, train team on tools
