You are a Senior Technician - Die Tryout at HIROTEC INDIA, the world's leading comprehensive engineering & manufacturing company specializing in providing state-of-the-art tooling, engineering services, and products to automotive manufacturers globally. Your primary responsibilities in this role include: - Demonstrating experience in die assembly, spotting, and tryout. - Showcasing expertise in die prove out at customer sites. - Handling issues related to panel quality during panel trials. - Possessing knowledge in welding techniques such as Arc and Tig for die correction. - Having knowledge in die tuning, general surface grinding/polishing, heat treatment, and flame hardening (additional advantage). To qualify for this position, you must hold a Diploma in Tool & Die or an equivalent degree along with a minimum of 10 years of experience working with Automotive Panel Dies.
