We currently operate in Delhi- NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Chennai with plans to expand in the top 25 cosmopolitan cities.Job Responsibility Candidate can apply from Pan India for any exp segment of automobile industry Core KPIs - ROLE -COUNTRY HEAD /STATE HEAD /WEST INDIA HEAD OR SOUTH INDIA 1. Strategic Business Leadership Define and implement the B2B growth roadmap aligned with the companys vision. Segment customers by value and opportunity OEM service centers, shared mobility, garages, used car players, and fleets. 2. Client Acquisition & Sales Management Use a huntingfarmingharvesting sales methodology to acquire, retain, and grow high-value clients. Crack new enterprise accounts and unlock strategic partnerships at national and regional levels. Drive revenue growth across all product categories (tyres, batteries, alloy wheels). 3. Relationship Management & Account Development Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in OEM service centers, fleet operators etc. 4. SOPs, Processes & Compliance Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the B2B sales and fulfillment process. 5. Credit Management & Collections Lead client onboarding with a strong focus on creditworthiness assessment and commercial risk mitigation.
