We use AI to enhance the scale and accuracy of our advisory services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. As a Consultant at TrustOne Advisors, you will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence, contract analysis, and providing comprehensive advisory services. You will work with our proprietary AI platform to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of your analyses. Additionally, you will engage in client meetings, prepare detailed reports, and develop strategies for restructuring, debt consolidation, and M&A. Collaboration with team members and clear communication with clients are essential aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and experience in due diligence and contract analysis Knowledge of restructuring, debt consolidation, M&A, and regulatory compliance Expertise in tax advisory and family succession planning Proficiency in using AI and digital tools for enhanced efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships effectively CA - preferably rank holder; or CFA with all three levels cleared Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field Experience of less than 1 year Strong background of internship experience with reputed CA firm(s) or Industrial Training
