Description The Consultant I, Agency and Trustee Services will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in the management of trusts and agency accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of trust laws and the ability to build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Responsibilities Provide expert advice on agency and trustee services to clients. Assist in the management and administration of trusts and agency accounts. Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for client portfolios. Prepare and review legal documents related to trusts and agency services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Monitor and report on the performance of trusts and agency accounts. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in trust and agency services, wealth management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of trust laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in India. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
