Job Description

As a Trust & Safety New Associate at Accenture, your role involves reviewing, classifying, and/or removing content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels. You are expected to understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines, investigate and resolve complex content issues, and relay them to the broader Trust and Safety team. Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for the user community, participate in process improvement initiatives, attend continuous training programs, and engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe. Key Responsibilities: - Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels - Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines - Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team - Serve as an advocate for the user community - Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency - Attend continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development - Engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics for community safety Qualifications Required: - Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills - Excellent comprehension and communication skills - Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of biases or personal beliefs - Strong attention to detail - Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple streams - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills - Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture - High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations in the relevant market and region - Ability to work well individually and as part of a team - Flexibility in working differing rotations/shifts and non-standard hours - Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness - Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
