As a Regulatory Compliance New Associate at Accenture, you will help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies, and talent. You will be responsible for leveraging your KYC screening experience along with ECDD/OCDD knowledge to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements. This includes verifying the identity, suitability, and risks involved with onboarding and/or maintaining a business/customer relationship by driving customer identification, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence. We are seeking individuals with good communication skills, strong coping abilities, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills. You should possess excellent comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to perform duties objectively and in the best interest of client policies. Attention to detail, the capability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple sources, as well as strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are essential for this role. In this position, you will be required to solve routine problems following general guidelines and precedents. Your primary interactions will be within your team and with your direct supervisor. Detailed instructions will be provided for all tasks, and the decisions you make will be closely supervised, impacting your own work within a predetermined scope. Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts.
