As a Senior Product Associate in the Trust & Estate team, you will contribute significantly to the team's success by utilizing your skills in product development and optimization. By incorporating user research and customer feedback, you will drive the creation of innovative products and enhance existing offerings. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of products and ensuring ongoing success. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on customer needs and market trends through user research and discovery. You will also consider the upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience. Supporting the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis will be essential to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify valuable product features for customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and evaluating product metrics throughout the product development life cycle, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets. Moreover, you will be tasked with writing requirements, epics, and user stories to facilitate product development. To excel in this role, you should possess 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area. Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition, and developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy are essential qualifications, capabilities, and skills required for this position.,
