Role Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based at our Ernakulam or Thuvvur (Malappuram) office. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing recruitment activities across Trus Holding Group companies. This role demands end-to-end recruitment ownership , from requisition management to onboarding coordination, with a strong emphasis on active sourcing for skilled positions in the Middle East . Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Execution Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar, blue-collar, and skilled positions across the GCC. Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring plans. Actively source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, headhunting, and networking. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill positions. Sourcing & Screening Proactively identify and approach potential candidates for mid-to-senior-level roles, technical roles, and niche positions in the Middle East. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and pipelines. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Coordinate recruitment processes across all Trus Holding Group companies, ensuring smooth communication and timely closures. Liaise with hiring managers for interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and offer management. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and sourcing partners as needed. Ensure consistent communication with candidates, delivering a professional candidate experience. Compliance & Reporting Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies, legal guidelines, and best practices. Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review. Maintain organized recruitment files and documentation in HRMS/HR Hub platforms. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy). Strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates in the GCC/Middle East market. Exposure to both white-collar and blue-collar/skilled manpower recruitment preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS systems. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gulf-based job portals (e.g., Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Indeed, Monster Gulf). Key Competencies Excellent sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines. Proactive, target-oriented, and detail-focused.
