Hiring Fabrication Engineer experience in laser cutting machine with an MNC having expertise in auxiliary equipment manufacturing based at Ahmedabad. Qualifications: BE/BTech/Diploma - Mechanical Experience: 2 to 7 yrs experience Key Skills: Knowledge and experience in Laser cutting machine (Trumph Machine) and nesting. Responsibilities: 1.Hands on Experience & good knowledge of Sheet metal, Fabrication/ welding processes 2. Hands on experience in Sheet metal machine laser cutting, press brake, Rolling, polishing/ auto welding etc. 3. Experience of Painting & powder coating. Shot blasting/sandblasting & similar process. 4. Knowledge of CAD/CAM & Nesting, SAP/ SAP Business One. 5.Good problem solving, Decision making & communication skills. 6.Lead entire Fabrication Shop & provide direction to PPC/Production/Paint shop Teams & subcontractors. 7.Production Plan & monitor to ensure delivery as per daily/ weekly/ monthly target including subcontractor. 8.Co-ordination with Design/Purchase/assembly/quality/stores etc. 9.
