Ideal candidates have led small teams, delivered scalable software solutions, and are ready to step into a technical leadership and mentorship role. Who We're Looking For: We are looking for Senior Product Manager at Trumio to drive some of our key product work for our enterprise platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you will get opportunities to lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver products that create meaningful connections between enterprises and early-in-career talent. What You Will Do: Define Trumio’s Product Vision: Participate in shaping and articulating the product vision and strategy, integrating AI capabilities to enhance user value and aligning with Trumio’s mission and business objectives. Collaborate across Teams: Work closely with engineers, designers, marketers and analysts to deliver impactful solutions that enhance the Trumio platform. AI-Driven Customer-centric Product: Understand user needs and pain points by leveraging AI for deeper user research insights, translating them into innovative product features and experiences. Data-Informed Decision-making: Leverage data, customer insights, and AI-powered analytics tools to drive product prioritization, feature development, and predictive modeling. Product Roadmap Ownership: Own and maintain a clear product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy, with a focus on integrating and prioritizing AI-driven features. Manage Spec to Release: Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, utilizing AI tools for tasks such as generating initial documentation drafts, assisting with prototype creation, and streamlining testing analysis, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features. Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate product progress, updates, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 5 to 8 years of product management experience ideally in a B2B/SaaS early stage/Series A/Series B startup. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in interpreting data and making data-informed product decisions, enhanced by experience or aptitude with AI-driven analytics and insight generation tools. Customer-focused: Strong ability to understand and represent customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations, potentially leveraging AI tools for user feedback analysis. Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Role Overview We are looking for a driven and experienced HR Lead to join Trumio’s core team as its founding HR expert. This role will work closely with our executive team to set up our policies, scale our recruiting and manage our entire HR function. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who is confident and excited to build an HR function from scratch and shape the culture at a fast-growing tech startup.
