Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller located in New Delhi. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and providing information about our pest control services. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining call logs, and updating customer information in the database. The role also involves answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to pest control services. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in telemarketing, customer support, or related fields Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining call logs Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively High school diploma or equivalent qualification Prior experience in the pest control industry is a plus
