Logistics Operations Oversee daily dispatches, shipments, and delivery timelines for B2C and B2B e-commerce orders. Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping in coordination with warehouse teams. Monitor first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile logistics operations. Track real-time delivery performance and resolve shipment delays, exceptions, or losses. 2. Vendor & Courier Management Liaise with courier partners for SLA compliance. Negotiate freight rates and service contracts to optimize logistics costs. Evaluate courier partner performance and ensure 95%+ on-time delivery. 3. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure inventory accuracy. Implement process improvements to minimize stock-outs and overstocks. Ensure compliance with packaging standards and branding guidelines. 4. Returns & Reverse Logistics Manage customer returns and exchange logistics efficiently. Ensure timely credit/refund initiation and inventory reconciliation. Track return reasons and recommend process or quality improvements. 5. Technology & Analytics Track logistics KPIs. Generate daily/weekly dashboards on cost per shipment, delivery TAT, and RTO%. Identify automation opportunities (API integration, shipping rules, route optimization). 6. Compliance & Customer Experience Ensure all deliveries meet regulatory, tax, and documentation requirements. Support customer service teams with delivery-related issue resolution.
