Position Overview The Head Nurse is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the hospital's nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care. This position requires extensive clinical nursing experience, leadership, and communication skills, enabling them to manage daily nursing tasks, train the nursing team, and drive continuous improvement in nursing quality. Key Responsibilities Nursing Management and Coordination Responsible for the daily management of the ward and nursing team, assigning nursing tasks and scheduling. Overseeing nursing operations to ensure that nursing services comply with hospital standards and procedures. Coordinating workflows between physicians, nurses, and other medical staff. Quality Control and Safety Management Monitoring nursing quality and patient safety, promptly identifying and resolving nursing issues. Developing and implementing nursing procedures, operational standards, and safety guidelines. Participating in hospital infection control, emergency management, and emergency response. Team Building and Training Recruiting, training, and mentoring nurses to enhance the team's professional skills and service levels. Evaluating team performance and developing improvement measures and incentive programs. Patient Care and Communication Focusing on patient satisfaction and addressing patient complaints and feedback. Provide nursing guidance and health education to patients and their families. Administrative and Reporting Work Prepare nursing work reports, ward management reports, and training records. Assist supervisors with nursing budgeting and material management. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) certification or equivalent. Experience: 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, 2+ years of nursing management experience; experience in multi-department or large hospital management preferred.
