1. Client Relationship Management & Prospecting: * Proactively build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with architects and interior designers. * Regularly meet with key A&D contacts to understand their projects, challenges, and specifications. * Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the A&D community. 2. Sales Generation & Order Management: * Confidently and knowledgeably present, demonstrate, and pitch our products/solutions to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition. * Secure specifications and convert project opportunities into confirmed orders. * Manage the order process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. * Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. 3. Client Communication & Support: * Maintain exceptional responsiveness and availability to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. * Proactively provide project updates, samples, technical information, and quotations. * Address client concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to find solutions. 4. Market Intelligence & Learning: * Quickly learn and maintain deep expertise in our product lines, applications, and industry trends. * Gather and relay market feedback, competitor insights, and client needs to internal teams (Marketing, Product Development). 5. Collaboration: * Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless client experience and project execution.
