The Branch Manager role involves financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring monthly and annual MIS reports. You will be responsible for determining budgets, approving bills, and managing vendors efficiently. Your strategic skills will be crucial in retaining existing business, developing new clients, and exploring additional business opportunities. Driving growth, profitability, and monitoring competitive activities are key aspects of this role. In terms of operations, you will be required to engage in annual, quarterly, and monthly business planning. Customer retention and ensuring safe operations, customer satisfaction, and division profitability will be part of your responsibilities. Managing costs, resource utilization, and implementing HSSE management systems will also be crucial. Daily monitoring of truck status, workshop activities, driver and vehicle compliance, and pre-loading checks will be essential for successful operations. As a Branch Manager, you will lead and mentor the existing team for their next level of growth. Visiting work locations, conducting HSSE committee meetings, and cross-checking haulier reports will be part of your routine. Ensuring completion of HSSE planned activities, checking document validations, and monitoring truck uptime and downtime will contribute to the overall success of the branch. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a logistics company and a total of 8 years in the logistics industry.
