Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a cross-functional tech team across backend, frontend, and mobile. Own the architecture, design, and delivery of Truckrrs web and mobile applications. Translate business requirements (BRD/FRD) into technical specs and agile sprints. Plan and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Assign, monitor, and review tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Drive and enforce best practices: code quality, version control, code reviews, and automated testing. Oversee deployments, monitor infrastructure, and ensure system uptime using AWS services. Collaborate with Product Manager and CEO to prioritize features and align tech execution with business goals. Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., maps, payments, logistics). Oversee DevOps and security best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, failovers). Guide and upskill junior developers through hands-on mentorship. Key Requirements 6+ years of professional software development experience. Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role . Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and Flutter is mandatory . Deep understanding of REST APIs, system design, and scalable architecture. Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.) Familiar with DevOps : CI/CD pipelines, load balancing, autoscaling. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in fast-paced startup environments and agile development .
