Dear Candidate, Greetings from TruBridge Healthcare Pvt Ltd We are hiring for the role of AR Analyst (Acute Care & Ambulatory) Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst Acute Care & Ambulatory Location: REMOTE (Permanent Work From Home) Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Acute Care (with Ambulatory Exposure) Shift: 6:30PM - 3:30AM (Night Shift - US Healthcare Process) Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst with 2+ years of experience in Acute Care (with Ambulatory exposure) for our US Healthcare RCM process. The candidate will be responsible for managing AR calling, denial management, and claim follow-ups while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and insurance guidelines. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-call analysis and verify claim status via payer call, IVR, or web portals. Document activities in client software ensuring a clear audit trail for compliance. Conduct post-call analysis and record after-call actions. Research medical records, EOBs, authorizations, and physician notes prior to payer calls. Analyze AR data to identify underpayments, denials, and days in A/R. Ensure accurate claim processing and submission to insurance carriers. Handle denial status checks, eligibility verification, and appeals. Convert denials into successful payments through proactive follow-up. Achieve weekly/monthly productivity and audit targets . Basic Requirements Minimum Education: HSC / Graduate or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years in AR follow-up / Denial Management (US Healthcare). Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC codes . Basic computer proficiency. Willing to work in night shifts . Preferred Skills Experience with PM systems like NextGen, eCW, CareCloud, DocuTAP . Familiarity with clearinghouses: Waystar, Realmed, Availity, Change Healthcare, ViaTrack . Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets . Other Skills Strong analytical & organizational skills . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Assertive in resolving unpaid claims. Capable of handling high volumes of claims efficiently. Perks & Benefits 1. Complete work from home 2.
