Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Build and manage automated campaigns in Marketo integrated with Salesforce . Ensure database accuracy and hygiene through data cleaning and validation. Use Excel (pivot tables, V LOOKUP, reporting) for data management and analysis. Develop lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies. Generate campaign reports and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation with business goals. Run A/B tests and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in Marketo and Salesforce CRM . Strong skills in Excel for data management. Role : Full Stack Developer (Laravel, PHP, React, WordPress ) Location : Pune (On-site) Type : Full-Time Experience : 3 6 Years Timings : 3:00 pm – 12:00 am About the Role: We are seeking a Full Stack Web Developer with solid experience in Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js, and proven experience working with WordPress . You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications and custom WordPress solutions. This role requires a balance between custom full-stack development and CMS-based projects, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Front-End Development: Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js , HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6+) . Leverage Next.js (preferred) for modern frontend experiences. Style applications using Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap to deliver clean, modern UI designs. Back-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend systems using Laravel (PHP) . Work with MySQL and MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval. Build and integrate RESTful APIs to power dynamic, data-driven applications. Custom Web Applications: Develop secure, maintainable, and performant full-stack applications outside of CMS platforms. Proficiency in WordPress theme/plugin development , ACF, and CMS architecture. Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
