JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Development of concepts for New Seasons. * Market Research and study of new trends in the fashion. * Development of Themes for the collection. * Provide concepts and design directions for Tags and Labels. * Design & develop fabric CADs with respective sources arise for the new season. * Sourcing of trim fabrics required for designing.am to develop and procure fabrics. * Develop trendy, fashionable and production friendly designs for the range. various vendors. * Co-ordinate and work with the sampling merchandisers to develop new proto samples. * Guide masters and tailors at the sampling units whenever required to ensure proper sampling of the designs. * Maintain sampling and presentation deadlines. * Present range to the sales team to help them understand the range better production. * Present range to the salesteam to help them understand the range better. * Provide innovative and practical concepts for new collections.at the retail meet so that improvements can be made wherever necessary KRA * Provideinnovative and practical concepts for new collections. * * Develop quality designsfor new seasons. * * Execution of proto samples. * * Intra and interteam co-ordination for proper development of design &samples. Key Points:- Good knowledge of casual shirt designs. Good knowledge of Cotton Trousers and Cargos designs.
