1. The candidate's primary responsibility will be servicing faulty materials within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA). 2. Responding to customer complaints, evaluating, and resolving customer problems. 3. Analysing, inspecting, and reviewing findings to determine appropriate solutions to meet customer demands. 4. The candidate should be capable of identifying faults in PCBs and rectifying them to prevent any major issues in the future. 5. Preparing Service Reports. 6. Compiling Daily Status Reports and Monthly Service Reports. 7. Creating reports on repeated failure analysis. 8. The candidate must be willing to travel as per business requirements. 9. Ensuring confidentiality by not sharing or disclosing any confidential data such as circuit diagrams, software, etc. 10. Being responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all service equipment and tools. 11. Providing cost estimates to customers and following up through odoo. 12. Candidates should be prepared to relocate to different cluster locations without receiving additional benefits/salary.
