As a skilled and detail-oriented CNC and Laser Machine Operator at our company, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC and laser cutting machines. Your hands-on experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC and laser machines will be crucial for accurate cutting, engraving, and shaping of materials as per design specifications. You will be required to operate CNC and laser cutting machines for daily production requirements, read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and specifications, set up machines with proper tools, parameters, and materials, monitor machine operations, and make necessary adjustments for precision and quality. Additionally, you will conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines, ensure proper handling of materials, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and finishes will also be part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining records of production activities, maintenance, and materials usage. Coordination with design and quality control teams for a smooth workflow will be essential. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC and/or laser machines, familiarity with machine control software and basic programming, the ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements, good mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. An ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a relevant field is preferred, along with knowledge of safety standards and production quality checks.
