As an experienced L3 level candidate with 6 to 10 years of experience, you will be expected to have a good understanding of HANA system architecture and knowledge on Linux operating system. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing and administering HANA, including HANA 2.0 MDC end-to-end installation - Performing DB Client and HANA version upgrades - Monitoring HANA using Hana Studio and acting on alerts - Managing backups using backint in Hana Studio and performing backup recovery - Enabling and managing audit logs and traces for performance analysis - Configuring parameters and troubleshooting database issues - Handling incidents and providing timely solutions - Ensuring high availability of systems and disaster recovery setup In addition, you will be responsible for: - Message processing, technical incident management, service- and change request management - Installation, patching, and upgrade activities - Performance monitoring and tuning, backup and restore procedures - Providing technical expertise in optimizing System Operation/ System Architecture - Conducting workshops, training courses, and knowledge transfer within the team - Planning, setup, and implementation of technical migration projects - Degree in business informatics, computer science, or relevant IT training - Outstanding analytical skills, technical affinity, and a strong customer-focused solution orientation NTT DATA Business Solutions is a fast-growing international IT company and one of the world's leading SAP partners.
