Job Title: IT Support Location: Chennai Shift: Night Shift Exp: 3-4+ Years Qualifications/Job Requirements: Handle Clients end users issue through calls and tickets Should be willing to work in Night shift and weekends Assist in supporting numerous enterprise applications and healthcare solutions Assist in the support and management of service requests Assist in the documentation, resolution and/or escalation of service requests Assist in the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of enterprise hardware/software Assist in the management of hardware and software inventory Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or I.T. leadership Job Requirements Required: Degree or equivalent Knowledge in Hardware, OS and Networking Should have knowledge on Active Directory and 0365 Exchange Knowledge on Parallels and VDI Infrastructure Interest in obtaining additional technical knowledge/skillsets Basic understanding of hardware, software, networks and/or data analytics Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project Analytical and problem-solving skills. Technical certifications Enterprise hardware/network support experience preferred. Experience working in a medical office, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), revenue cycle and/or Ancillary services (i.e. laboratory, pharmacy) setting highly desired. Advanced data analytical skills. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Demonstrated strong sense of urgency to achieve outcomes • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an ultra-fast paced, changing environment Absorption and understanding of new concepts at a rapid pace Strong interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills. Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure. Strong customer service orientation. Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
