Coordination with the concerned team member or vendor to solve the technical issues raised by the customer within defined timelines. Coordination with service desk & OEM to ensure SLA management. Windows, Ubuntu, ClassEdge Server & Client Hardware & networking installation, troubleshooting & training in the school. Timely implementation as per commencement dates. Performance monitoring of TCE hardware and software. Increase uptime and reduce downtime by liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders. Visit schools as and when required for system maintenance & repair and ensure optimal usage of CE assets in schools. Technical Skills Required: Desktop and Projector Troubleshooting, Vendor Management Understanding on routers and switches.
