You will play a pivotal role in delivering and supporting cutting-edge projects in road asset management space, including supporting development and implementation of asset management technologies in India and international markets. This role will support business development efforts, lead technical delivery, and engage closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs tailored to client needs. 1 Key Responsibilities Lead technical delivery of RAMS implementation projects in India and overseas. Support business development (BD) activities including client engagement, opportunity tracking, and pre-bid strategy. Develop and write technical proposals for RAMS-related assignments, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Configure and implement TRL’s road asset management system , and ensure it aligns with client requirements and local contexts. Guide product development teams by translating domain knowledge and customer needs into system features. Develop and review road maintenance strategies using HDM-4 or other analytical tools. Provide capacity-building support through technical training sessions, workshops, and client handholding. Contribute to the preparation of manuals, technical documentation, and project reports for asset management systems. 2 Required Qualifications and Experience Post graduate degree in Civil (Pavement/Transportation/Infrastructure) Engineering or Equivalent, preferably from a reputed institution (IITs/NITs or equivalent). 7 to 8 years of demonstrable experience in the transport or infrastructure sector, especially related to road assets/ pavement management. Familiarity with procurement processes, technical proposal writing, and tendering for international funding agencies (World Bank, ADB, etc.). Ability to work with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams. 3 Desirable Skills and Attributes Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
