Position: Front Desk Receptionist / Admin Location: Noida Company: TRG Group Role Overview: We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-groomed Front Desk Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. She will represent the company with a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a pleasant personality. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Answer and forward phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and accurately. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required. Handle inquiries, provide information, and direct visitors to the right departments/persons. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging appointments. Manage courier/parcel deliveries and maintain records. Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence. Support HR/Admin team in day-to-day office operations. Requirements: Female candidate with a pleasant personality and positive attitude. Minimum qualification: Graduate with good communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer handling. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. Prior experience in a receptionist/front desk/admin role will be preferred. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to stay calm, confident, and professional in high-pressure situations.
