Consultants should have design and implementation experience of T24 and related areas of expertise including deep understanding of overall T24 solution behaviour and capabilities of the core / related modules behind the technical expertise. Strong and broad understanding of core T24 functional behaviour, technical architecture, and technical components of multi-layer architecture. Must have extensive experience in PRODUCTION SUPPORT with client handling experience. Essential to have defect analysis, bug fixing and testing support during the test phases (SIT/UAT) at customer sites. Should have experience in handling a team Desired Skills Design Studio knowledge is an added advantage. Knowledge in UXP, TCIB is an added advantage. ITIL certification is an added advantage.
