Position: Travel & Booking Executive Location:Athawaget surat Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:Handle domestic & international flight bookings for clients. Manage hotel reservations, tour packages, and transportation bookings. Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth coordination. Provide customer support through phone, email, and in-person interaction. Maintain client records and booking details using computer systems & travel software. Assist in preparing travel itineraries, quotations, and invoices. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all travel arrangements. Requirements:Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, Email, Internet). Prior experience in ticketing / booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage. Strong communication & customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Education & Experience:Minimum Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality preferred. 0–2 years of experience in travel industry (freshers can also apply).
