Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for FULLTIME / FREELANCE TRAINERS, located in Coimbatore. The Trainers will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and providing ongoing support to trainees. The position involves delivering lectures, hands-on sessions, and assessments to ensure trainees achieve their learning objectives. Trainers will also be responsible for updating course content and collaborating with other trainers and staff to improve training effectiveness. Qualifications Proficiency in IT-related subjects and technologies Proficient in Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and ISO related training Experience in developing and delivering training programs Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to create comprehensive training materials and assessments Capability to provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Relevant certifications or degrees in the related fields Eligible and Interested can send profiles to duke.p@triothoughtsolution.com or call: 9363140184
