Role Description Location: Field Work from anywhere in India (Work in your own city) Job Type: 6 months contract (Performance-based extension to permanent role) Salary: Target-based (Commission + Incentives) Start Date: November 2025 We are hiring Sales Executives to represent Trinix Academy in their own city. Hybrid (Field + Remote) Field work in your own city + remote calling/WhatsApp follow-ups. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, managing sales pipelines, presenting our services to potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client relationships, attending sales meetings, and providing feedback to improve the sales process. Requirements Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field Comfortable with field work in your own city Can start the work from the first week of November Should have a laptop.
