Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Thane. The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for E-Coat products (UF Membranes, Anode Cells) within the Automotive and Auto Parts manufacturing sectors. This is a key role requiring extensive travel and a deep understanding of the market. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Market Expansion: Drive the sales and marketing of UF Membranes and Anode Cells to OEMs and auto parts manufacturers. Client Identification: Proactively identify and engage with customers, particularly those with Electro deposition plants (CE/ICED). Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous research on industry trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to inform sales strategy. Technical Consultation: Engage in technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and product demonstrations to meet client needs. Project Execution: Provide support for the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Anode Cells and UF membranes. What We're Looking For: Education: A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (BE / DME) is required. An MBA/DMM is an advantage. Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of direct experience in Sales, Installation, and/or Commissioning of UF membranes or Anode Cells for the Automotive E-coat industry. Industry Expertise: Candidates currently working in Automotive E-Coat product sales with pan-India exposure are strongly preferred. Additional Skills: Exposure to Metal Working Fluids is a plus.
