Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst with a solid foundation in secondary research and a talent for transforming data into actionable insights. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who can thoroughly analyze company and industry data, interpret key findings, and develop well-structured reports that inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth secondary research on companies, markets, industries, and competitors using credible sources such as regulatory filings, annual reports, databases, journals, and news media. • Prepare comprehensive research reports with qualitative and quantitative insights tailored to project objectives. • Extract, clean, and structure raw data from multiple sources into usable formats (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities from research data and communicate findings. • Support internal teams (e.g., marketing, strategy, content) with timely and relevant research deliverables. • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all research outputs. Requirements: • Must have cleared CFA Level 1 or CA IPCC Group 1. • 6 months – 1 year of experience in secondary research, data analysis, or similar roles. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Proficiency in online research, source validation, and information synthesis. • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong written communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, structured format. • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in a research agency or consulting environment is a plus.
