Please share your CV on sv17@svmanagement.com Responsibilities: - Design and Development of three-wheeler & SCV interior & exterior trims and components based on CAS Model and Applicable AIS standards. Standardization and packaging of various body components as per regulation and design intent. Material selection and define component and system DVP. Design of vehicle NVH as per the standard and design specifications. Preparation of Seating layout, Window layout, and other drawings for CMVR. Preparation of manufacturing drawing and annotation with GD & T. Involve and assist in component & vehicle level testing. Manage design release with required design documentation and standards. Prepare and maintain design documentation (DMFEA, DFA, DVP, etc). Requirements: B.E./B Tech /Diploma Mechanical Engineering, Tool design, Product design LCV and Three Wheeler, BIW, exterior & interior trims and components based on applicable Standards, Creo Experience of working for an automotive OEM or Tier 1, preferably three wheeler and LCV. 3-8 years of domain knowledge (trims design, closures design & body systems and components) Sound knowledge of various material science (metal, plastic, rubber fabric, FRP) and their manufacturing processes. EV experience is an advantage. CAD proficiency and ability to make 2D drawings for manufacturing to international standards is a must. Release process and working knowledge of PLM / PDM (Windchill) Familiarity with Creo 4.0 is must requirement. Knowledge - DFMEA, Design documentation, GD&T. Should have experience in Parametric Product Design and Development of Small Commercial Vehicle.
