Assist in tracking planned and scheduled audits within the Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS). Update audit schedules and calendars as requested by management. Gather and prepare documentation required by auditors for audits and inspections, such as training records and organizational charts. Support auditors in obtaining follow-up information during customer audits and regulatory inspections. Enter audit-related data into EQMS and maintain, file, and archive relevant Quality Assurance (QA) documentation. Perform TRIMM analysis and assist in other quality-related reporting tasks. Work under detailed instructions for day-to-day tasks and new assignments, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and regulations. Collaborate with the auditing team to ensure timely completion of documentation and audit preparation.
