We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Presales Specialist for our Tekla Products. As a Tekla Presales Specialist, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs. Your main responsibilities will include conducting in-depth product demonstrations, articulating the technical and business benefits of Tekla solutions, customizing presentations to meet client requirements, collaborating with customers to understand their workflows, recommending appropriate solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor during the decision-making process. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team, deliver compelling proposals, contribute to marketing efforts, and provide feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed product demonstrations of Tekla Structures, Tekla Structural Designer, Tekla Powerfab, Trimble Connect and related solutions. Articulate technical and business benefits to stakeholders such as engineers, project managers, and executives. Customize presentations and demos to address specific client needs. Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and objectives. Recommend tailored solutions and workflows to meet client requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the decision-making process. Work with sales teams to create compelling proposals and proof-of-concept solutions. Contribute to marketing efforts through webinars, events, and conferences. Provide field feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities to differentiate Tekla solutions in the market. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3 to 7 years of experience in structural engineering, detailing, or a similar role. Prior experience in presales or technical consulting is advantageous. Proficiency in Tekla Structures, Tekla Structural Designer, or similar BIM/structural analysis software. Understanding of structural design, detailing, and construction workflows. Familiarity with tools like Revit, Etabs, STAAD, and BIM platforms is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel to customer locations for meetings, workshops, and demonstrations. Passion for technology and innovation in the construction and engineering industries. Position Name- Mechanical Discipline Engineer Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) Experience: Minimum 10 years in Boilers Effective coordination and managing engineering and design work in mechanical discipline area for the assigned project to achieve the time schedule, quality and budget. Forecast and mitigate project risk. Close monitoring and reporting progress of work & deliverables, managing all inputs, interfaces, changes. Key Functions & Tasks: Responsible for Engineering and Design deliverable in mechanical design area as a complete discipline that includes all Pressure part, non-pressure parts and piping. Understanding project scope, technical requirements of customer Preparing Engineering and Design deliverable list, work plan applicable to the project scope Resource planning for project design work scope and getting allocation through team leads. Managing availability of all necessary design inputs through coordination and follow-ups Maintaining Time schedule for mechanical design area deliverables Continuous follow-up on design work progress in coordination with respective team leads. Organizing weekly progress review meetings, maintaining meeting memos, follow-up actions Publishing weekly progress reports, Monthly work plan updates for progress, mitigating delays Material quantity updates, controlling within budgeted quantities, forecast overrun if any Attending Customer / Consultant queries regarding mechanical design areas Organizing Design reviews, maintain review records, follow-up actions Ensuring all workflow process compliances, Maintaining ISO objective performance analysis. Handling customer feedback, lessons learnt on project through respective team leads, Technical support to procurement, fabrication and construction in coordination with respective team leads. Technical support for Quality control workshop and site in coordination with respective team leads. Disposal of shop and site feedback in coordination with respective team leads.
