We are searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team at Cisco Systems. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and experienced technical writers, and gain hands-on experience in creating high-quality documentation. Objectives of this role Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement Responsibilities Research, write, and edit content, working closely with various teams such as development, QA, and technical marketing Coordinate internal reviews for your product documentation Required skills and qualifications experience as an effective technical writer Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Experience in working with developers to improve user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Write clear, concise content Preferred skills and qualifications-Not Must Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in journalism, communications, or a relevant technical field Firm understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience in using DITA XML tools, AsciiDoc or Markdown, and MS Word to create documentation Senthil Kumaran senthil@trilyonservices.com

About the Role Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end and front-end systems using Python Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Integrate RESTful APIs between the front-end and back-end systems Collaborate with managers, designers, and other technical writers to deliver end-to-end features Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability Technical Skills Proficiency in Python Solid knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Experience with React.js (or similar frameworks like Vue or Angular) Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration Experience with version control systems (Git) Experience building internal tools, dashboards, and web applications You Are A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Curious and always eager to learn new tools and technologies Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
