Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, developing business plans, franchising, lead generation, and training franchisees. The manager will be tasked with identifying potential franchisees, conducting market research, negotiating franchise deals, and providing ongoing support to ensure the success of new franchise locations. Qualifications Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising Proficiency in Business Planning and Lead Generation Skills in Training and supporting franchisees Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Understanding of the QSR (Quick-Service Restaurant) industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
