About the job: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated business development associate to join our team at Trifecta Records LLP. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Utilize digital + offline marketing strategies. 3. Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales. 4. Utilize MS-Excel for data analysis and reporting to track the success of marketing campaigns. 5. Utilize cold calling techniques to prospect and onboard new clients. 6. Conduct market research and analytics to identify new business opportunities. 7. Utilize English and Hindi proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
