Company: Trident Mediquip Limited Location: Road No. 12-A, Hojiwala Industrial Estate, Near Shukla Dairy, Sachin–Palsana Road, Sachin – 394230 Department: Accounts Reports to: Accounts Manager Experience Required: 2–3 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP systems, with proven experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets. Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements. Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits. Ensure timely vendor payments and proper documentation of invoices. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections. Manage payroll processing in coordination with the HR department. Maintain accurate records in accounting software. Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. 2–3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in the manufacturing or pharma sector. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
