Job Title: Sales Executive Stationery Location: Pune / Gurgaon / Mumbai Company: Trident Group – Paper & Stationery Division - On Role of IMAST Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Stationery Sales Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with retailers , distributors , and stationery channel partners to drive sales of Trident Paper and Notebooks . Identify new retail opportunities and onboard retail outlets for stationery products. Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail counters. Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets . Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and gain market insights. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, and delivery follow-up. Collect and share retailer feedback, stock movement, and suggestions with the central team. Support branding and promotional activities at the retail level. Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the stationery industry (mandatory). Proven track record of handling retailer sales and driving volume-based targets . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in field-based roles. Preferred educational qualification: Graduate in any stream. Preferred Experience: Experience in selling products like notebooks, copier paper, office stationery, or school stationery . Familiarity with regional retail markets, especially in the paper and education supplies segment .
