Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Process Outsourcing Manager. The position is located in the Mohali district. The Business Process Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing operations, developing efficient business processes, and ensuring the delivery of quality services. Daily tasks will include coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing budgets and financials, and continually improving business practices to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Experience in managing Business Processes and Outsourcing operations Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve business and operational efficiency Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients, teams, and stakeholders Knowledge and experience in Finance management Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field Relevant certifications or additional experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus
