Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and leading the sales team. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports and forecasts, attending industry events, and working closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Qualifications Proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping protocols is a plus
