Prospecting & Lead Generation Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems for prospecting and pipeline management. Consultative / Solution Selling Engage with prospects to understand their marketing objectives, budgets, and challenges. Present customized proposals and digital marketing solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI and business value. Conduct impactful presentations and online demonstrations to C-level executives, marketing directors, and decision-makers. Sales Cycle Management Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal preparation, pitch, negotiation, and contract closure. Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics. Client Relationship Management Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to foster upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Act as the key liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded. Collaboration & Internal Coordination Work closely with digital marketing, creative, and delivery teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Requirements 4+ years of proven experience in sales/business development within the Digital Marketing Services industry. Strong experience in selling across Indian markets with cultural adaptability and understanding of different business environments. Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets. Experience in selling to Marketing Heads, CMOs, and C-level executives in mid-size to enterprise organizations. Excellent skills in consultative selling, solution pitching, negotiation, and closing high-value deals. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
